Spiced Venison Steaks
Ingredients
6-8
1/2 inch sliced venison steaks
cinnamon sugar
salt
black pepper
parsley
flakes
orange juice and pineapple juice.
Directions
1) coat
a baking dish with spray butter
2) pour 1/4 cup of pineapple juice 1/4 cup
of orange juice in dish.
3)shake cinnamon sugar,salt,black pepper,parsley
flakes on each side of steaks.
4)place in dish
5)preheat oven to 325 degrees
bake for 30 minutes and reduce heat to 200 degrees and bake 10-20 minutes.
(You may want to tenderize the steaks depending on the cut of meat - beef
steaks may be substituted ... good on pork chops too!)
