We Need Sponsors

RUNAWAY FREIGHT is a bluegrass band from middle Tennessee. We perform at several county fairs and festivals in the area. We perform at café's ,coffee houses and other venues as well. Our yearly schedule will average 65 appearances in middle Tennessee. We are in search of sponsorship to help maintain our website (ww.runawayfreight.com) and for promotional material such as press kits that we send out to event producers and venues. We also run a lot of miles as we tour, so gas and maintenance also factor in.

"Gold" Sponsor
(Only one gold sponsor at any given time)

We will only take a maximum of six sponsors. The "gold" sponsor will get a link on our home page at www.runawayfreight.com ... the "Gold Sponsor" will also be at the top of our "sponsors" page which we will soon be adding to our site. Gold sponsors can put a photo and contact information on our page as well. There can only be one gold sponsor at any given time. We will also offer our gold sponsor one recorded commercial that can be used on radio as an advertisement. We will write a short jingle with your company name and type of product or service that your company offers. We will record the jingle at our studio upon your approval. We will also shout your company name to the crowds at our shows. We can put business cards or leaflets on our merchandise table also. "Gold" sponsorship has two options. Six months for five hundred dollars or one year for nine hundred dollars.

"Silver"
(Only two silver sponsors)

We will offer our silver sponsors an advertisement on our "sponsors" page. A Photo and contact information will be on the page. We will also announce your company as a sponsor from the stage at our shows. We can place business cards and leaflets about your company on our merchandise table. Our silver sponsorship has two options. Six months for three hundred dollars or one year for five hundred dollars.

"Bronze"
(Only three bronze sponsors)

We will offer our bronze sponsors an advertisement on our "sponsors" page of our website. The advertisement for bronze sponsors will be limited to contact information only. (no photos or logos) We can place business cards and leaflets on our merchandise table as well. Bronze sponsorship has two options. Six months for one hundred twenty-five dollars or one year for two hundred dollars.

We will never have more than six sponsors total. We appreciate your consideration. Check with your CPA this may even be tax deductible.
